CARE (Career Advancement Resources & Empowerment) was created because newcomers asked partners across the community to come together and join forces to facilitate their access to professional opportunities. New US Americans told us they wanted to change their lives, and the lives of their children. More simply, they want to know and experience hope.

Finding meaning in work, achieving financial security, and trying out new opportunities are among the chief ways in which we all live better, fuller lives. The IRRC is grateful to our community partners and our newcomer allies who are working to advance the goal and reach of CARE.

Championed by New US Americans, the IRRC Advisory Council is the catalyst for this  coalition. Their hard work, their dreams, and their sacrifices are central to our mission and our drive to forge ahead in cooperation and collaboration.
